Family friendly oasis

We had a great experience with the staff they were helpful and responded fast to my texts when I had questions. The pool area was really fun for the kids, and even had some family-friendly activities that kept them entertained all day.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got it was still understandable.

The property offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a clean environment and helpful staff that quickly responds to queries. Amenities such as pools and recreational activities kept the kids entertained, and the option of freshly squeezed juice was a lovely touch. However, the layout felt a bit awkward with the rooms situated in what seemed like an old apartment building, and the distance to the elevator was inconvenient for families with young children. Check-in was a bit hectic, but the calm demeanor of the front desk staff was much appreciated.

The kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool and fun activities like the game room. Our family stayed in a two-bedroom villa that was not only spacious but also had all the essentials. Plus, the staff was super responsive whenever we needed help.

My kids wished there were more family seating options near the pools.

The one-bedroom villa had a full kitchen, private bathroom, and a comfy seating area. We loved the outdoor pool, kids' pool, and hot tub. The fitness center was convenient. Everything was clean and well-kept. Staff was helpful when we had questions. So much to do nearby but also a peaceful vibe.

I loved my stay at this place! The hot tub was so relaxing, and the activities area kept the family entertained with mini-golf and games. However, the Wi-Fi was a hassle and inconsistent.

Enjoyed the nice walk around the pond. mattress uncomfortable in the one-bedroom villa.

Had fun at the game room. Parking was free, but laundry facilities were lacking.

I found the Westgate Leisure Resort beautifully maintained with lush landscaping and clean, inviting spaces, making it easy for seniors to navigate. The staff's friendly demeanor added warmth, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere during my stay.

More accessible seating near pools would be great.
